Pacific Ridge Capital Partners, LLC, as a Registered Investment Advisor, is required to collect financial information about our clients1. This policy sets forth a description of the information we collect, what information we disclose and the confidentiality and security procedures we have implemented to safeguard your non-public personal information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The information that we gather during the normal course of doing business with you may include:

  1. Information we receive from you on applications or other forms
  2. Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
  3. Other information that identifies an individual personally and is not otherwise available to the public.

INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law, or as necessary to provide services to you. In accordance with federal regulations, we may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to certain non-affiliated third parties such as, but not limited to, attorneys, accountants, auditors and persons or entities that are assessing our compliance with industry standards.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide financial products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. Employees who violate our Privacy Policy will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include termination.

TERM AND NOTICE POLICY

As required under federal regulations we will maintain client personal information for a period of five years. Pacific Ridge Capital Partners, LLC will notify our clients/customers of our Privacy Policy at the inception of our client/customer relationship with a given client and annually thereafter. This Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time. We will notify our clients/customers of any modifications as necessary, not less than annually.
